COVID-19 Update from Tannan Plastic Surgery
At Tannan Plastic Surgery, due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), our office and our operating room are presently on pause. This means we are rescheduling all surgery and clinic appointments that are currently scheduled. We will resume clinic when North Carolina and Wake County lift the stay-at-home order. Our anticipated open date is May 11th, and this may change if the stay-at-home order is extended.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes you and your families. We are doing this in accordance with a mandate issued by our local medical society as well as The American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
The temporary pause in regularly scheduled clinic and surgery applies to all board-certified plastic surgeons who perform elective, cosmetic surgery. This is being done in an effort to:
- Conserve medical supplies for healthcare professionals treating COVID-19, and
- Limit exposure for all of you.
There may be places advertising cosmetic surgery during this COVID-19 pandemic. Please use caution, as anyone who is currently offering cosmetic plastic surgery is likely unqualified. All board-certified plastic surgeons are affected by the mandated temporary closure. Click here to see if your surgeon is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Please be sure to keep checking our social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube) for updates on when we are able to open our doors to see your radiant faces. We will be in touch with each of our scheduled patients individually as needed. If you would like to get in touch with us, please do not hesitate to call, text or email our office. We are here for you.
Rest assured that we are in this together, and we will get through this together. Sending you a hug from all of us at Tannan Plastic Surgery. Stay healthy, and we will see you on the other side of this!
We’re here for you! Call us at (919) 797-0996 if you have any questions.
